i found the staff helpful and friendly. i felt very welcomed and well looked after. the hotel was immaculate and well maintained. the facilities were what i expected from a hotel of this standard.
the gym is minimal with only one treadmill. this wasn't a big deal, but i thought i should mention it.

the hotel's location was convenient the staff provided excellent service i appreciated the modern amenities in the room the variety of dining options added to the overall experience i liked the cleanliness throughout the hotel grounds and public areas. the availability of multiple pools provided good relaxation options i also found the excursions well-organized i enjoyed that.
the breakfast buffet experienced occasional crowding during peak hours which sometimes made it difficult to find seating.

The hotel's location is perfect. I could easily explore Malta. The hotel is elegant and clean. Our room was spacious and well maintained with lovely sea views. The food was AMAZING!!! The buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options too.
The hotel could benefit from more soundproofing in the corridors. I did notice some noise from passersby.

The main restaurant, Azure, has fabulous cuisine and wonderful choices. It also offers outside dining, lovely. Ombré, a cafe and bistro, is perfect for coffee and lighter meals. It offers sensational views across a pool.

I found the staff very nice. They showed warmth throughout our stay. Reception staff were very helpful and cute. Deputy managers ensured guests were comfortable accessing all amenities.

the room was spacious and i appreciated the sea view (waking up to the ocean is always special). the staff were friendly and very accommodating to any requests i had. the location was ideal with easy access to local shops and restaurants.
the gym was small, it had only one treadmill, so i had to wait sometimes to use it.
